BT has made the decision to switch off the public switched telephone network, PSTN, and move to a fully digital system (VoIP). The technology used in analogue telephone lines has fallen further and further behind and is much more expensive than the digital systems available. If you haven’t made the switch by 2025, you won’t be able to use your phone.

You can have a large number of desk phones on the same network connected to the same inbound number so you never miss a call. You can have several numbers that direct to certain departments, and extensions so people can call another team member based elsewhere in the company.
