FAQ

Q: Does Office 365 support Microsoft Exchange?

A: Yes. 365 supports both on-premise & Microsoft hosted Exchange, every 365 package comes with 50GB of hosted email that can be registered with your own domain name.

Q: The connection here is really bad, I don't think Office 365 is for me...

A: The most basic version of 365 requires a relatively good connection as your desktop applications aren't locally installed. This means you'll be downloading and uploading your data constantly when using Office Apps. Every other package is similar to your current Office installation - You have the applications installed on each PC, so don't worry if you have a poor connection.

Q: I'm out of the Office a lot, will I need multiple 365 subscriptions for all my devices?

A: Not at all. You can install Office on 5 different devices for each user! What's more, is you can use Outlook Web Access (OWA), Word, Excel & PowerPoint via an internet browser. Simply type in your email address associated with your subscription and you can use Office Online, anywhere.
